Four hospitalised as Truck loaded with fuel fails break in Yenagoa major road – Bodmasnewsblog reports

Bodmas kemepadei reports that about four persons have been critically injured in a ghastly motor accident involving a truck loaded with petrol and a commercial keke(tricycle), at akenpai community in Yenagoa, Bayelsa, along the mbiama-yenagoa expressway.
Already men of the fire service are presently on ground putting measures in place to prevent a possible fire outbreak.
According to an eyewitness, Miss Ann, she noted that, it seemed like the truck failed it break hitting the tricycle at it’s front, that it occurred about 10:40am.
She also narrated that it took the intervention of some equipments to be able to pull out victims who were stock inbetween.
She further stated, that at the time of incident, the victims were seen breathing and have been rushed to the federal medical centre.
The incident has caused gridlock and slow vehicular movements along the major roads, as motorists have resorted to a one-way lane.
